(First e-mail to receive my money back) I would like to inform you of how appalled I am of the service I received on the fishing excursion today. Upon arrival at the dock ~8:05, Jordi wasn't ready with the boat and we were instructed to wait for at the most five minutes. This quickly turned into ~15 minutes, however this wasn't a big deal at first but the trip got progressively worse. After leaving the dock, I was instructed to steer the boat while he baited/weighted the rods for ~30 minutes which should have been done before hand, so more valuable time was wasted. I offer him one of our Heinekens to be nice and he accepts and this is where it starts to get much worse. Throughout the rest of the trip he continued to drink much more while driving the boat. I'm not sure about the laws in Spain but I would assume it is against the law but at the very least it is highly unprofessional. At this point two lines have been in the water for an hour or so and a third one is on the high mount and is not being used for I'm not sure what reason. I don't have experience deep sea fishing but the bait on the lines were visible in the waves I'm not sure if this was correct way to do it because we were supposed to be bottom fishing, the boat could have been going to fast. I wanted to bring this incite to your attention. This is where the trip takes a turn for the worse and completely shocks me. Jordi starts kissing one of the clients who is 23 and the boat starts going in circles because he is not watching the wheel and the lines get tangled underneath the boat. I inform him while he is in the cabin making advances towards the client and he cuts the lines and goes back into the cabin, slams the sliding door and closes the curtain. He then proceeds to have sexual intercourse with the client and my friend and I are left outside of the boat for over an hour not knowing what to do and not fishing at all. My friend and I are in complete disbelief and shock that this is actually happening. We did not have lines in the water for the rest of the time and had an extremely awkward three hour boat ride back to shore. I hired him to go deep sea fishing and this the complete opposite of what happened. I paid him at the beginning of the trip 240€ and said he would get me 4€ in change and this never happened. When we reached shore, he told me that he would give us a free boat ride and to just call him. This action acknowledges that we did not fish at all on this trip. We also took photos of the cabin door being closed and the reels not being baited as further evidence. This was extremely unprofessional of him to act this way and represent dpesca. I would like a full refund of the excursion (240 + the deposit) since we did not fish at all and it wasted my entire morning, which I have limited time remaining in Barcelona. Sincerely, Andy Frank
